The Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir and CISS-AJK have signed a MoU to bridge gap between academia and policy makers, through impactful collaboration.
The MoU focuses on advancing research, strategic analysis, and advocacy for the Kashmir cause, ensuring Kashmir’s voice resonates in national and global forums. Chairman MNA Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon commended CISS-AJK’s contributions, highlighting the importance of keeping Kashmir at the center of policy and international focus.

She also shared her insights on India’s Agni-4 missile test which directly impacts Pakistan’s security. According to her, such tests not only raise serious concerns for Pakistan’s defense but also elevate the arms race at the global level.
She emphasized the importance of alliances in the international system, adding that while such developments are significant, no nation ever fights a war for another state.
