Highlights :

📍In today’s Third Nuclear Age, new technologies blur the line between conventional and nuclear systems given AI-enabled technologies. The NPT is no longer up to date or anticipatory of these transformations.

📍 The recent attack by a Non-NPT nuclear-armed state, Israel, on an NPT NNW state, Iran is a testament to the NPT’s failure.
