CISS AJK In collaboration with Army Institute of Military History (AIMH) conducted a conference on “Striving for Peaceful Conflict Resolution: Kashmir Solidarity Day” The conference brought together academic and military perspectives, fostering comprehensive dialogue on Kashmir Solidarity Day. Under the adept moderation of Abdul Basit, the conference convened esteemed guests, speakers, and participants to delve into the Kashmir conflict and explore pathways toward peace. The event commenced with Brigadier @DrSaifMalik3 opening remarks, followed by a poignant tribute to the victims of the Jammu Genocide, emphasizing the need for justice and accountability. Distinguished speakers, including @sultan1913 , Colonel Jamil Mukhtar (Retd.), and @fayyaz_shabana provided insightful analyses on various aspects of the Kashmir issue, from post-Article 370 dynamics to the plebiscite issue and humanitarian crisis. The conference culminated with @AsmaKhawaja5 delivering thought-provoking closing remarks, synthesizing key insights and charting a path forward towards peace. Participants engaged in constructive dialogue, fostering understanding and collaboration.
