Research Officer Tayyaba Khurshid and Associate Research Officer Abdul Basit represented CISS AJK as speakers on a National Seminar titled, “Kashmir Solidarity and Voices of Youth” organized by Institute of Policy Studies Islamabad in collaboration with various think tanks and organizations, working for Kashmir cause on
4th February 2025.
The seminar aimed to bring the voices of youth from various think tank and advocated for :
1⃣Continued support for Kashmir cause and Right of Self Determination for Kashmiris
2⃣More International advocacy,
3⃣Mobilization of youth from Azad Kashmir and Pakistan
4⃣Spreading awareness to youth on Hybrid Warfare and misinformation surrounding them.

The event also highlighted the grave human rights violations committed by Indian forces in IIOJK and reminded the world of a long standing dispute and human loss that needs their attention.

▶️The Chairman IPS Khalid Rahman appreciated the speakers and suggested a collective roadmap adopted by all think tanks to discuss Kashmir issue and propose a way forward to formulate a collective strategy to mobilize not only youth in Pakistan but reach the public worldwide.
