CISS AJK is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al-Khair University, Bhimber—a pioneering institution established in 1994, dedicated to generating knowledge, nurturing human capital, and expanding academic opportunities across diverse disciplines.
The MoU was signed between Dr. Asma Shakir Khawaja, Executive Director, CISS AJK, and Mr. Muhammad Imtiaz Aqdas, Vice Chancellor, Al-Khair University Bhimber.
This collaboration marks a significant step toward strengthening academic ties, promoting research excellence, and creating transformative learning and skill-development opportunities for the youth of AJK. Al-Khair University’s forward-looking vision—introducing new programs in Sciences, Computational Sciences, Medical and Pharmacy fields, along with its Center for Skill Development and Vocational Training—aligns closely with CISS AJK’s mission of fostering informed, empowered, and capable future leaders.
Together, both institutions aim to contribute to a future where quality education, innovation, and equal opportunity drive sustainable progress.
