Noted the gap between constitutional equality and lived reality, citing CAA, hijab restrictions, UN norm violations, democratic decline, and lack of accountability.

Advocate Rehana Ali (Advocate and Human Rights Activist)
Warned of a constitutional and human rights crisis, misuse of laws against dissent, PSA abuses in IIOJK, violations of UDHR and Geneva Conventions, and reaffirmed the right to self-determination.

Dr. Asma Shakir Khawaja (Executive Director CISS AJK)
Pointed to human rights violations, propaganda, and threats to Kashmiri identity; urged media counter-narratives and sustained dialogue.
