Executive Director CISSAJK, Dr. Asma Shakir Khawaja was invited as a guest speaker at the Kashmir Cultural Festival organized by the Institute of Kashmir Studies at UAJK, Muzaffarabad.
During the event, she delivered a lecture on hybrid warfare and its impact on the Kashmir conflict, focusing on how India is utilizing hybrid warfare tactics to detract and undermine the Kashmiri people. She elaborated on the detrimental effects of hybrid warfare and its consequences for the region. She also shed light on the immense potential that Kashmiri youth possess while encouraging them to write on the Kashmir issue. She maintained that the Kashmiri voice can be amplified if we equip ourselves with a deeper understanding of the issue and its linked dimensions.
